Send Port - Unrecognized Version

I got a error when I am trying to send a PIP (I am using RNIF standard 2.0,
PIP code 3A2_R02.00 (and 3C1_V01.00), I am using 0A1 and the 0A1 agreement
RNIF version is 2.0 too and the agreements are active.)

Error message is:
There was a failure executing the send pipeline:
"Microsoft.Solutions.BTARN.Pipelines.Send" Source:
"Microsoft.Solutions.BTARN.PipelineComponents" Send Port:
"http://localhost:5010/BTARNApp/RNIFSend.aspx" Reason: Unrecognized version .

Hi ,

I am getting the same error - i have biztalk 2006 and Rosettanet 3.3 installed. I am testing with 3A4PIP. i am using file receive and then transforming it to 3A4 and posting it to HTTP send RNIF aspx using BtranSendPipeline. It errors out with unrecognized version.
I have correct version setted up in rosettanet mmc ... I am not sure what i am missing. Any help would be appreciated...
This is multi box installation and i tried the same in single box - but same errors.

Can you please provide the repro steps so that we can reproduce this
problem on our system, also specify the environment you are using.
